Question for Web Designers

Hello everyone,
I'm creating a Website and would like to include images that change and have the numbers below them in case the viewer would like to go back to a previous picture. I know that's a rough description, but I've included an example on the Website link below. Could someone tell me what this feature is called? Thanks in advance.

Google Flash CS3, and look at some tutorials, and the Adobe page, see if it that's what your after, than you can narrow it down to Flash work.
