question on bit torrents.

i have bitcomet. the part where it says connected seeds/max seeds and connected peers/max peers, theres a torrent i have that says 0/0, 4/7. i was wondering just because i don't have any seeders, does that mean that the other leechers dont have any seeds to?

No, some seeders can ban certain users from uploading off them if the other users overall share ratio is too low.
