Question Regarding PC to Mac

I was in the middle of building a new PC when I changed my mind and decided that I wanted to get a Mac.

Thing is, I was going to use the hard drive from my PC that I had about a year ago. I have no way to access the files on it unless I finish building the computer.

I guess I was just wondering if their was a way I could get those files onto a Mac (let it be a desktop or ibook)?

get an external casing for your hard drive and put the hard drive in it.
Connect it to the Mac and transfer.

Yeah, just use an external enclosure. Get a USB one, and it should work fine on any PC or Mac. Check out www.NewEgg.com and look under external enclosures.
