question

Bring it back to the original owner and have that person log on and reset the password to one you choose or none. We can't go into anything else here. sorry!

Well......There is SOMETHING you can do...... There is a program I forgot what it's called something 4. It's a CIA program and you start the computer and boot from disc. It'll run and then it'll tell you EVERY password on the computer. Credit card numbers and what not. Whatever has been typed in, it'll see it. I've seen it in action. I had a copy I don't know what happened to it. Anyways, I'm sure there is more programs like that but if you can't find one. Than all you can really do is format the thing threw BIOS. Or buy a copy of Windows XP (I'm pretty suire your running Home) than boot from disc than an option will come up as repair or format I think? I haven't done that in a while. Than it should just take over from there and it'll install a fresh copy of XP for ya.

Hope this helps!!! Update if you get a problem or get it running!
