Hi I have a couple if questions and I hope someone can help.

Is there a free program that is similar to Flash? If there is, which one and is it compatible with Flash?

My second question is, where can I find tutorials for Flash? What I mean by tutorials is the basic stuff to the complex stuff. Also I would gladly appreciate it if they show you pictures or videos on how to do what they are doing.

My third question is where can I find examples of Flash movies?

ok to get examples of videos you can go to ww.newgrounds.com that ones probly the best tbut theres thousands

Well no I won't get a copy of Flash because I have to do something with it but I wanted to practice with a free version or a free program that does the same thing as Flash but is also compatible with it.
