ok heres the deal im shopping around for an LCD . My freind has a sceptre monitor and it looks awsome veary crisp and sharp. I notice that the sceptre and some other lcds have some kind of coating on the sreen that makes it kinda of "shiny". Makes it look really sharp.Kinda like a glare. Does anyone know the name of this feature or know any monitors with this "shinny coating" on the screen .

the shiny stuff is just that, a shiny coating. It doesn't make the monitor any better unless you like the look of it, in which case you'd be best off going to a local computer store and finding a monitor you like there, then check its price online
