Questions about my laptop.

I have the Sony Vaio VGN-NR120E/S. What I wanted to know is how do I find out what all I can upgrade.(if you know could you let me know.)
Also is this a pretty good laptop? Would a cheap cheap(600-700$ for everything os,mon,cpu,psu i mean everything) desktop build be better?
alos how can i stress test and overclock everything(need to learn about how to not burn the system or anyparts up).

dont need the ocing info I found it.
 
chk out the sony vaio website .... for the available ports ...
or the hardware config for that ...
 
On laptops and other portables, the memory is pretty much the easiest thing to upgrade.

Some machines make it a little bit harder to add memory, requiring you to remove delicate pieces of flimsy plastic.
 
Have a look in device manager.

Start > Right-click on my computer > Manage - have a look at the specs in device manager
