Questions regarding a Sony VAIO CW laptop

I was thinking about buying this laptop, but I just wasn't sure of some things.


Processor:
Intel® Core™ 2 Duo Processor T6600 (2.20GHz)
Intel® Core™ 2 Duo Processor P7450 (2.13GHz)

I know that the P7450 processor is better than the t6600, but is it worth it to upgrade to it?

Would there be any noticeable difference between the two processors involving computer tasks, etc?
 
Again, you won't see a huge difference, if any, since one has more speed but less cache and the other has more cache but less speed. So I doubt you'll notice any difference.
