I now run Firefox 2.0 browser and the Free Sygate Firewall, In my Sygate firewall are all of these programs important too allow access?

1. Generic Host Process
2. Application layer Gateway Service
3. NT Kernel & System
4. NDIS USER mode I/
5. LSA Shell Export

I use my internet to post in forums and just do random surfing on other websites.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Now that Ive looked at this board better I probably should have put this in the security section.
 
I believe sygate has the option to 'investigate' or 'search' things and will let you know if it is harmful or not. If it doesn't, offhand, it all looks like normal windows crap.

Thanks for the info, I took out Segate and downloaded the free zone alarm. This seems like an easier firewall to operate.
