Hey guys!
I am getting a new mobo, cpu and ram.
this is what my setup will be:
-GIGABYTE GA-MA78GM-S2H AM2+/AM2 mobo
-AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000+ Brisbane 2.6GHz 2 x 512KB L2 Cache Socket AM2 65W Dual-Core Processor
-CORSAIR 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)
-7600 GT OC nvidia graphics card
-2 SATA regular hard drives
My current PSU has the following specs:
-350W
-12V1=10A
-12V2=15A
I want to know if i can stick a 8800GT in there with that PSU.
I also have next to me a 450W PSU but with only 1 12V rail, totalling less. It is as follows:
-450W
-12V=18A
Can i keep the PSU i have now, should i upgrade to the 450W i have next to me, or do i need to buy a new PSU all together?
THANKS GUYS!!!
