Quick Ethernet cable help

Any ethernet cable should last you years with the proper care. There really is no good or bad cable.

Any ethernet cable should last you years with the proper care. There really is no good or bad cable.

More than the cable itself I want to make sure the connectors towards the end lock firmly and don't fail after sometime, the connectors are a main issue more than the cable.

So if all that failed is the connector why don't you just go buy connectors and a crimping tool and make your own cables? I do it all the time.

Or just buy two of them, replace it when it broke.
