Quick Help Buyign a Rampage Extreme

Hello I am buying a Rampage Extreme mobo from www.megabuy.com.au
Its an Australian store so don't be shocked at the prices

This is the product I want to buy

I was just wondering what the difference between the two is?
Why is one so cheap will I be safe buying it?

send the company an email asking the differance, my guess is one is a returned item

yeah I sent them an email but no reply, though online service came on and it turns out they are the same product from different suppliers. Apparently the exact same and not returned, refurbished etc
Anyway I bought it most prob supplier selling-out (only 4 stock left)
