quick question about compatibility with a hard drive and Dell Latitude e4300

Hi,

I have the following laptop (Dell Latitude e4300) and it needs a new hard drive:

Will the following hard drive be compatible for it?

Also do you know of any other deals out there right now for a replacement hard drive similar to the newegg one? I'm looking for something around 50 bucks, not to crazy about the size as I plan on using the laptop for some basic computing needs.
