The last link shows the NZXT case a second time since you posted the same link. You will have to re-edit to post the actual link for the make and model supply. The remaining hardwares present no problems

Well it's more of what he needs ... if he doesnt need the power the Core2 can offer, then I'd shoot for a X2 or even A64 and save a whackload of money.

Well like the local future shop flyer says, you can use the core 2 duo to burn a cd and read your emails at the same time....lol

Futureshop is retarded. They also said the same thing about Hyperthreading.

Yeah...good old futureshop.I remember asking them about the 7900GT and the Exact card i have in my sig and they were like, well the cards are pretty much equal because both of them have 256mb GDDR3 Memory.

oooh large noob corporations.

That's because Joe Schmuck doesn't know that in general the amount of video memory doesn't mean jack. And Futureshop employees like making commission.

Lol ya i know :P

I wanna work there just so i can come in on a sale and be like you're lying to the customer!then i'll get commission when they are like omg he's so sexy and he's smart!:P

Hehe yes you would definitely notice :) BUt on a serious note ... if you dont NEED the performance Core2 Duo will give you, save some money ... get a X2 or even go single-core and save money :)

well i might want to upgrade my vc later on down the road, and i am big into gaming, but not while i'm a full time student, so maybe the core2duo is what i should shoot for. should i use some of the extra money for a e6400 or would i see a difference between the e6300, and maybe a better mobo? that mobo doesn't look like its getting the best reviews.

Me personally, I'd get the 6300 and put some money into the mobo or VC but thats me :)
