Just courius.....ive read and heard in many places that when you crossfire two ati cards you actualy get better performance by just using 1 crossfire bridge than using 2.

why is this? why would they put two on if you get better performance by just using one? :D

what made me ask the question is this review vid of the 5830..the 5830

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_mCHSlQ-r6g

seems a good card for the price...nearly performing as good as a 4890 but it has DX11 and tesselation....also uses less power.

I wouldnt get one,Im just intrested in DX11 and come across it :)

I've done both and not really seen any difference. Some say two causes problems and some say that two helped. Depends on your own setup I guess.

The reason there are two is to hook up more then two cards. Like Tri C/F.
