I just ordered a 20 pin main MB.
I was wondering if a 20+4 pin PSU will work with it- or do I need some kind of adapter... or worse yet, do I have to order a 20 pin PSU?
My dumb ass ordered this MB, Vid card, and PSU... you can see my problem:
MB- http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16813157089
20 Pin connection
Vid Card- http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16814102688
Requires a 12V connection
PSU- http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16817182008
Only 1 12V connection...
I guess I needed a PSU with dual 12V cons, right? Well, my question stems from ordering a new PSU. The majority are 20+4 pin that have dual 12V... will a 20+4 work with my Mobo?
Thanks in advance.
