that pqi TURBO 184-Pin DDR SDRAM, is that not PC2700 ??

also the WINX1024-3200XLPRO kick ass for over clocking !!! aparently its stable to PC4000 @ 2.80v with really low latencies

or what are your plans?

the more expensive, the high bandwith the better they are.
for gaming, you are better off with ocz 1gig high proformance ram compared to 2gigs of cheap value ram.
