When I bought a case it came with front USB and audio.
I connected USB to board ,doesnt work.
I cennected audio to board, doesnt work.
Should be audio connected to sound card??

The audio inputs on the board doesnt work, only on soundcard.
When I connected USB on front I/O shield still doesnt work.

audio on front shield I connected with cable provided with case to onboard "front audio" connector.

Well of course. When you have a separate sound card, why would the onboard sound still work?

No, plug it into the sound card

Yeah I was going to do that. But cable supplied with the case is 6 pin for audio in on I/O shield but SB audigy has AUX 4 pin connector. So I have to buy different cable then.

Oh, so you have a separate soundcard in your machine. Yes, definetly connect to that.

As for where to connect, as you mentioned, I'm quite sure you need their I/O thingy. That is unless you could find the IO's pinout and make your own connection...
