Quick upgrade question - gaming PC

Looking to update my gaming PC and definitely need to upgrade my GPU; I built my computer back when I was on a tight budget three years ago so it only has a Radeon HD6850 1GB. Now that I've got money to build a better machine I've got no problem putting in a GPU more in like the $300+ range. But not sure if I should replace the mobo and processor; got an i5 2500k 3.3 Ghz (can overclock to 3.7) and equally old mobo that is the old LGA 1155 socket type, doesn't have PCI Express 3, etc. A lot of people are saying processor demands for games aren't really going up much so it might be viable for a while still going forward and since none of the new intels use LGA 1155 I would also need a new mobo. Any thoughts if I should just do the GPU now or do the mobo & processor as well now.

Money isn't a concern but if that i5 processor & old mobo is plenty fine for another year or two I would just wait until then and go to the hassle of replacing them then.
