Quickest way to find out what graphics card I have installed on T430?

I am trying to figure out what graphics card I have installed on my Lenovo T430 with Windows 10 Pro. I went into Device Manager and found Intel HD graphics, but I don't know if that is just the driver. I'm trying to figure out if I have NVIDIA graphics, so I went into the BIOS and it doesn't really tell me much under the Display. It just says something like the "boot display device" is "thinkpad LCD." Is there a quick way to find out what graphics card I have installed without opening up the laptop? Thanks
 
If the only thing listed in display adapters is Intel HD Graphics then all you have is onboard video using Intel.
