Hey guyz, got a question...

My friend recently made a movie of him skateboardin, put it on his computer, and made it MPEG format. He let me copy it, and i can play in on my computer (a mac, os 10.3.9) with quicktime PRO (ver. 7.1.2). I want to put it on my ipod, a brand new 80gig vid, and it says it needs to be in MPEG-4 format. That's ok, cause i have QTPro, but when i export it as a MPEG-4 there is no sound. wth??? I even tried loadin the reformatted video to itunes, then to my ipod, but STILL no sound....I also tried the standard MPEG format, but when i try to load it to my ipod, it says that it's not compatible. WHAT DO I DO FELLAZ?!?!?!? (Thx for all teh help!!!)

Well, i figured it out:

I decided to upgrade to 7.1.3, and there is an option on that to export to ipod. I guess iPods can read MPEG-4, but the actuall format with sound is m4v
