Quiet and Effiecien

I'm looking for a quiet, and efficient PSU...mine right now is very loud and dont like it. I run and AMD Athlon XP1900 ,120 GB hard drive, and Radeon 9550 video card, looking for about 450 watts ish, any suggestions, looking more for quiet ness, im not running your "big ass gaming machine"...

I have a Thermaltake 450W and its quiet - well you can manually adjust the fan speed with the provided controller, meaning you can put a low fan speed on which equals no noise.
 
my psu, in sig, is very quite, and it has 2 fans, but only 1 turns on, the other one goes on when it gets hot. You don't need a 500watt one for your machine, there are cheaper antec smart powersupplies, i think from 300 to 500 watts.

This power supply is sweet its not for an amazing gaming rig and has 430 watts, and its really quiet. I am a bit biased because i have had 2 other power supplies when i was makin my comp and the were an enermax and a ocz and both had problems then i bought antec...my saviour..its quieter then both of the other power supplies that i had and its nicer looking and was get this cheaper then the other two...but enermax and ocz fans don't get mad cuz its just bad luck....btw antec rocks..

Why do you say that? This power supply should work fine with A64 processors. I agree, it's quite nice. I've got the Antec Neo480 and am very happy with it. The 120mm fan keeps it fairly quiet. The 480 is probably a bit of overkill for gdude's system though.
