rabdin crashes in firefox under xubuntu

when accessing some web pages on xubuntu on firefox it randomly crashes firefox and after restarting it prompts whether to start a new session or not this happens on sites which i think are affected by some variety of drivers i installed from video.google, it crashes only on specific websites like video google or messengerfx, any idea how to update these plugins or remove or whatnot would be helpful cheers
 
Did the site have flash?
If so, do you have flash?
If you don't, get it by doing this in a terminal:

sudo apt-get install flashplayer-nonfree
