Rackmount Case

i am looking for a rackmount, i guess server case, for mobility purposes I already have a rack with amps, sound processors etc... what should i be aware of when looking at rackmount cases? i dont need hotswappable drives but i can't help but notcie i can get one for $60 or i can get one for $200
is this a quality issue or just an inflated price?
Any reccomendations would be extremely helpful.

primarily an issue of whether you get removable bays or not. look for a 4u+ case to use any normal motherboard/expansion card.
