my friend is getting a radeon 3850 for is dell and it would fit fine but he needs to get a new psu, he is on a low budget.
will this powersupply run the radeon 3850

the card reccomends a 75 watt pci-e connecter does that have a 75 watt pci- connecter, if there is any better powersupply 40-50 dollars please list that are positive to work on this card
