Radeon HD 4350 with Celeron?

Hey guys I have a Celeron 450 processor (775 socket, 800 FBS).
I got this video card on newegg.

Minimum requirements say I need a Pentium 4 or higher. I have a Celeron processor, and I'm not sure if it'll work. One reason it might work is because I think this is the Celeron that came out in Q3 2008.

If I can't, any processors you guys recommend? I have a 250W power supply.

I have a Dell 530s by the way.

Sure. just remember that once you get the card, you need to install it very carefully in the PCI-e 16X slot in the motherboard. turn on the computer, and load windows. once in windows, go to AMD's website and search for drivers for the new video card. download and install them, it will take at least one restart to install them.
 
Personally i wouldnt run anything on a stock dell psu, but other than that your fine. You have a celeron 450, which is based off the core 2 architecture and around twice as fast as a p4 clock for clock. So your 2.2Ghz celeron, is faster than say, a 4Ghz pentium 4.

Is there a website (non-Wikipedia) where I can find information like this? And what do you mean by a stock power supply? I would never have thought a 2.2 Celeron would run faster than a Pentium4 4.0ghz.

So if my TV Tuner card says recommended specs: Pentium4 2.4ghz, I have the better processor?

I already have the card, so I'll give it a whirl once I get home.

Stock psu, im referring to the 250W power supply that oem's include, usually very low quality power supplies. The pentium 4 was based on netburst, which was rubbish as far as per clock performance. The celeron 4xx line were based of conroe, which is what the core 2 duo's use. Basically you have half of a core 2 duo, and clock for clock is around twice as fast as a pentium 4(the fastest p4's were 3.8Ghz, but say you overclocked it to 4ghz, your cpu would still be faster in alot of areas)
