So I had the Security Shield bug on my computer and after countless tries to repair I couldn't so I did a system restore and it went away. After the restore completed and I got into windows 7, my gpu started downloading the amd ver 12.3. Being impatient I started playing WoW while it was loading. The game was running slow but that was from my crappy internet. The graphics seemed fine, I'm running on the highest settings. After the download finished my screen flashed over to my desktop, finished the install then went back to the game. Now there are pixels around my character, in the water, around the edges. Any ideas on what could have happened? Temp is around 43 Celsius and I have been running on the same settings since June of last year. Only happens on WoW.

Uninstall the drivers totally and reinstall the latest version and see what happens. Download driver sweeper, uninstall the drivers, boot to safe mode and run driver sweeper, then boot back to regular mode, install the latest drivers and hopefully everything will be back to normal. Hopefully you didn't do any damage to the card.
