Radeon x850xt PE....

I agree with Omega. I have had the x850xt pe and it is better then the 7600GTs. It is even better then the 7600GT. I have run both side to side at a lan party and I was getting better FPS by about 5-10 on average.

Lets also not forget, that the GPU in those tests is the x850XT, not the x850XT PE.

The only time I can see the x850XT PE slowing down is in recent games that are played with high resolutions.

the X850 can't run HDR at all in oblivion and FAR CRY.

there is no big defferance between X850xt and x850xt PE. X850XT PE just has 20mhz higher clock speed, and little bit higher memory speed

If u look at these benchmarks 7600GT beats X850XT PE in Hl2 and call of duty 2

Also, as i said some games run better on X850 and some games run better on 7600, it depends on which game u play. May be the games u played run better on X850xt.
But I would go with 7600GT because it will perform better in new games and future games.
