RAID 1 in an interesting situation

I have 2 80GB HDDs, one is empty and the other dual-boots XP Home SP2 and NT4 with SP6a. I want to set up RAID1. I cannot do this through the motherboard, because it is not supported. What software program can I use? And will it have to be installed on both NT and XP?

ya, i am pretty sure you need to install on every operating systems seperately, because they run on their own right?
one question though, why do you keep both operating systems in one hdd?
i find window xp good enough...
 
oh ya, i you install it only on one operatiing system, you can't use it on the other one, so,... i don't find it very efficient to have 2 operating systems...
unless you use 2 languages,
like my friend has korean xp window, and english xp window on one hdd

No, I have XP to run modern programs and NT4 to run Ansys 5.3, which is a $30,000 program that only runs on NT4
