RAM Compatibility Question

Currently I have a single channel 8 GB ram stick in my laptop (PC4-17000) 2133 and 1067 MHz memory timing. My laptop can handle 16 GB of ram so I'm looking for another 8 GB stick. I've found a similar one, however, its rated at 1024 MHz instead of 1067 MHz, would this cause issues?
Stick currently in PC:

Stick I'm looking to buy:

I know I could buy from the first link but I'm a bit hesitant with the foreign market and reliability as well as the "pre-order" headline.

It's from Scan so it should be OK. Can you get that stick elsewhere? If not you may have to do what I did when I was a similar situation to you and just spend a bit more on a pair of 8GB sticks so you get guaranteed compatibility.

Which specific laptop is it? Ddr4 is pretty shiny/new, if you've been using your PC for a while it's probably ddr3.

That being said both sticks you listed are rated for 2133. The minor variance is probably a typo in frequency but it should operate at half of 2133 based on how ddr works (ie, ~1067 MHz).
