Is it possible to run 800Mhz ram on a 1066, or 1200mhz board? What if the 800 ram is oc'd to close to 1066mhz?

I need a new mobo, but want a particular one that is rated at 1066, and still want to use my old OZC reaper ram with it.
 
I'm not exactly sure, but I think the notches might not line up. Perhaps someone else can explain further.

Yes you can run DDR2 800 on a 1066/1200 supported board. It will just back clock to 400/800.
 
yeah DDR2 = 400x2 = 800

I was worried about that too...at one point I was choosing a motherboard based off its "memory standard" lol.
