Specifically, your PC would be compatible with that RAM, and should take it fine. If you wanted something with a bit more boost, for about £53 ($105), you could get 2X1GB Corsair RAM from Ebuyer.com. I am assuming that your PC only has 2 RAM slots, in which case, you should remove your old RAM, then install the new one.
If you have the base model (which I'm assuming), you may be requiring an extra hard drive at some point soon, so could I also recommend a Western Digital 500GB Internal HDD for £82.56 (about $164).
