RAM compatiblility

Right now I have 2 gigs of RAM http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231098 and I was thinking about buying 4 more gigs of RAM http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231122. Both have the same specs, just one has 2 more gigs in it. My motherboard can handle up to 8 gigs so would I be able to install the extra 4 gigs for a total of 6? Or would they have to be all the same capacity?

Their both DDR2 and are the same Freq, they should work fine. However you do realize a 32 bit OS can only address a certain amount of memory. The rest is just kinda there, it might be used for shared memory type of devices though.
