RAM Help.

Hi im a little consernd that one of my Ram isent working. Someone told me to look at the performance but i dont understand anything of it. So if someone could tell me if this is looking good or not. i have two ram 2gb each.

why are you concerned that one stick is not working? Are you getting BSODs? Poor system performance? Just plain sluggish?
if you are running 2x2GB as you say there, all your rams is detected. Well you have 4096MB and the system has 4078MB in use, so it is there, but 18MB are used for system resources.

It just felt like some programs loads slower.

But there is no problem with the ram then?

The only way to tell for sure is to run a minimum of 3 passes of memtest86 on it.

But as it stands, the system sees the memory.
And RAM does not really affect program loading. That is more to the read rate of the system drive.
