RAM Help

Please Help!!!
I have been looking for RAM with the following spec for ages but can't find it . Can anyone suggest a RAM chip that mathes this spec?

Technical Features ---------------
Bus Clock Rate: 400 MHz.
Modules Qty: 1

Modules does mean the number of RAM chips, right?

Ok, apparently no one else saw this. DDR2 RAM doesn't come on 184-pin sticks only 240.
