Hi, I am building a new system that will hopefully be a high-end mainstream system. I am a little over budget and I was looking at places to cut costs. My questions is the Kingston HyperX Ram (2x1GB) 800 Mhz better than the Kingston ValueRam (2x1GB) 667 Mhz. I really don't see myself doing any overclocking. The Processor will have a FSB of 1066MHz (not to sure if that makes a difference).

Thank in advance for any suggestions/feedback.

Well The 800Mhz Is going to beat the 667Mhz, Plain and Simple.

I would personally spend that bit extra and go the Kingston HyperX Ram Over the Value Ram.

But, If your Majorly Over-Budget.

You will be fine the the ValueRam

How much is Kington HyperX RAM?
You could find other cheaper brand like ADATA.

Yeah, A-Data has 2GB DDR800 RAM there (Newegg), with the rebates it's 59.99.
