Hi,
When a motherboard states in its memory specifications it can use DDR3 1333+ or 1333 (OC).

Like this one.

What do I have to do to use that ram?

Just manually set the Speed/Timing and Voltage in the bios.

Not hard at all really. On a Gigabyte, just start pressing Del key on boot up to get into the bios. When in the bios, on a Gigabyte press key Ctrl+F1 and it will open more bios options. All the Setting you need should be under M.I.T tab. Just take the Speed/Timing and voltage off auto to manual. Then set them to what ever the DDR3 1333 you picked out.
