RAM problem when OC's processor?

well, i recently posted a topic about this..
but i decided to not OC my processor atm.
however, my little brother has almost the same pc.
(we'll.. same RAM and mobo, but a 3000+ Venice and a 6600GT.)

and he asked me to OC his computer.
well.. i could make the Prosessor run at 2,7 GHz stable, with air cooling :D
however.. the RAM sayd on startup, DDR200 128bit DUAL CHANNEL
(i had the same when i OC'd my PC)
now, i know that i did that by myself, and to OC the processor,
its even necessairy to run that way. however, id like to know if
its actually running slower as normal.

the things i changed in the BIOS:
Frequenty and voltage control
CPU Host Frequenty: 300MHz (normally its 9x 200 = 1800)
Hammer FID control 9x (locked)
HT-Ratio 4x
PCIE spectrum: enabled
CPU Voltage +15%
DDR Voltage 2.8V (instead of 2.7V )

Advanced chipset features
Memclock Index Value: 100MHz (this causes the ddr200 message i think)
CAS-Latency: 2,5
TRAS: 8T
TRCD: 4T
TRP: 4T
Memory Timing: 2T

so, my question is, is the RAM running slower now?
and if so, would the pc be faster without OC's processor and with faster RAM.
or with OC'd CPU and the slower RAM.

Any suggestions would be really appriciated
( ave read OC101, but it didnt help me much, i still dont know the answer )

RAM problem when oc's processor?
since you have an ondie memory controll yes thats more than understandable :)

(we'll.. same RAM and mobo, but a 3000+ Venice and a 6600GT.)
you sure thats a Venice and not a ada3000aeP4ar (Clawhammer)?

well.. i could make the prosessor run at 2,7 ghz stable, with air cooling
just because you can... :)

so, my question is, is the RAM running slower now?
easy answer: check the memory clock using something like CPUId-CPUz

and if so, would the pc be faster without oc's processor and with faster ram.
definitely.

here are my CPY-z pics.
i exchanged the CPU to my pc.. because i have the better airflow in the case. and the better CPU cooling. and i wanted to c how far i can go ^_^

but, what would you suggest?
put the CPU back on stock? or is there something i can do to get the RAM at full speed?

EDIT: ow, and as you can see, it is a venice ;)

no if u overclocked the FSB the ram should be running with it...

is DRAM Freq MHZ set to 200??

this is all i have changed. but ill have a look at it when i get home again
but the memclock index Value is normally set to 200MHz. but when i leave it that way, the bios resets after saving it.

isnt the DRAM index value the same as the clock frequenty?
( the bios in my mobo is kind of funkey,. not such a standard on. :( )

ok, i just changed the Memory Index Value to 133 instead of 100.
so now CPU-z says that the RAM is at 193,1MHz normally runns at 200. so thats fine with me. since its just
2,5. 3. 3. 8 RAM :) but now it gives the message DDR266 RAM 128Bit dual channel.
i assume this is because i OC'd the fsb of the processor?
