ram question pc 800 vs 1066

like title says, i have 2x1gb at 1066mhz now. would i benefit from getting another 2x1gb sticks or should i just get 2x2gb sticks of pc 800? thanks

p.s running on asus p5e deluxe w/e8400 4.06ghz stable at 1.28v
 
Depends, if you dont think you will need more than 4gbs for awhile (and you probably wont) just get 2 more of the 1066 that you already have. No need to go backwards from 1066 to 800
 
Another question

To my understanding, DDR2 800 will be fine for normal clocked CPUs up to a FSB of 1600 (a 1:1 ratio), but what if you have a 1333 FSB CPU (Like the E8400) overclocked? I plan on overclocking it to about 3.6 GHz. (Maybe higher depending on how much I can push it with air) Even if the DDR2 800 will suffice, should I get the DDR2 1066 to be certain?
