Ram Question?

I'm buying the Asus P8Z77-V LX motherboard. I know it takes the DDR 3 ram.
What is the difference between;(besides price)
DDR 3-2000
DDR 3-1866
DDR 3- 1600
DDR 3-1333
Kingston,Corsair or G-Skill for brands?
I plan on getting 2x@2 GB Ram.
I like to keep the price under $40.00
I only play simple games, surf web, and some photo printing.
The cpu is Intel i5 3570K 3.4ghz. It will not be overclocked.
For now running XP-SP3. Maybe later on I'll upgrade to Win 7.
My PSU is a Corsair 400w/Black.(Should I get a bigger PSU)
Monitor Asus VH236H LCD
Is there anything else I need to consider buying?

You'll need DDR3 1600mhz. The board supports faster speed but only if its overclocked and there is no need for what you will be using it for. Gskill is probably the most popular.
