Hey guys can anybody tell me what's the difference between those two ram modules in newegg:

Also can anybody tell me what does timing mean? Also what program can i use to check with what speed and what voltage my ram is running right now? Thanks.

The only difference is the model..and I don't know the difference between those (like which is better). The latency is the amount of time that it takes for the RAM to "tell" its modules what to do. The lower, the better. I don't know about the program though..
