RAM Raising Voltage....Help

i have ben talking to fade2green(User) he has helped me alot to find what ram i need for dual channel. The problem is, no ram fits my specs, i have Kingston DDR 400(PC 3200) Timings are 2-2-2-6 and my DDR Ref Volt is 2.6. Theres non that fit that discription perfectly. Anyway the closes one we culd find has dif timing 2-3-2-6. I was thinkin can i just raise volts and add fan in the back? Right now my MB temp is 104Farenheit my PSU fan isnt working!!! which is terrible
