RAM settings on Abit NF7-S2

Hello sexy people who know everything. :D
I've got a mobo as the one in the thread title (Abit NF7-S2 for you lazy folks), and RAM memory that's supposed to run at 333 MHz (PC3200 if I'm not mistaken? I know they're 333 MHz in any case), but they're only running at 200 at the moment. I'm fairly sure I've put them in the right slots on the motherboard (using only two slots, if I had 3 they are supposed to run at 200). One is 265 mb and one is 512.
I have tried finding it in BIOS, but there just isn't a setting for it. :/
Any ideas, or do you need more info? (football on tv, bit stressed)

DDR333 is pc2700-DDR400 is pc3200- there should be ram settings in the soft menu in bios on a abit board!

Am I correct in saying the speed is affected by your CPU (or have I got it all wrong?) Your RAM cant operate at a higher speed than your CPU, so what is your CPU's FSB? (I'm not sure if that is correct...)

Memory DIMMS should be installed in matching pairs. Same SIZE, SPEED and PARITY settings.

Some motherboards also have jumpers for setting the CPU/MEMORY clock-speeds.
