if i have 800 ddr2 ram, could it be used in a 1200 ddr2 board? not the best way to go about efficiency, but i was just wondering if anything bad would happen?

oh wow. thanks guys. hmm. while you guys got that board pulled up for you, you think it'll make a decent gaming board. not something that max crisis at 60f or anything but, at least decent settings paired with a asus hd 5750?

well, it'll have an e5300...something i should consider upgrading..and 4g 800 ddr2 ram.
