RAM Timings Question

either that or alter the ram:core clock divider

Yeah to overclock a 200Mhz FSB E2180 won't be that tall of a task since the memory has twice the speed of the FSB... The RAM is gonna be locked in place at 800Mhz(400Mhz). I just want to bump the FSB up to around 285-300Mhz, if possible, that's below the stock speed of the RAM even at that, so do you really think the timings need to be loosened up...
 
If the RAM is running slower than the normal speed you shouldn't have much problem tightening the timings. Especially if you are dropping the RAM from 400 to 300.

It's not dropping it's just going higher than what it was but still not above it's stock rated speed...
