RAM upgrade-Which RAM do I need?

I am going to update from 2gb to 4 and I dont know which type would be supported for my motherboard. I have a Dell XPS 730 but I don't know if I can put in any memory or what to look for :/

download CPU-Z and go to the memory tab. post a screenshot or tell us what it says in there.

It takes DDR3. Despite the bit about Corsair Dominators, you don't need to by Corsair RAM.
