they are very similar if not the same. you will not notice any performance difference between the two as a user. i'd go with the kingston.

i dunno much...i was under the impression my mobo only supports pc2100? its an old machine. here my mobo:

oo and also i cant even buy from newegg cause i live in canada, i wish that deal was available to me : (. i went to a computer stroe the other day and they were gonna charge me $70 for 256 of RAM :/

Hmm.. well then I'd stick PC2100... Intel doesnt really help do they? I dont know if it will downclock the memory to DDR266... Most memory sticks do that but all motherboard and memory sticks are different. I would get a second opinion from another CF member. $70?!?!? Wow... like a $50 dollar profit? I hope you didnt buy it...
