What do i need to change in my software to improve my RAM, video card?, or something..............????????????

Then what do i need to change to improve my Game Performance... i mean not lagging fast, i can put maximum graphics or something else...........

I'm using laptop....... and i can spend $200 for that and can i buy that at best buy.......... i want the VGA card can support the world in conflict maximum graphic because I'm using now is the low graphic maximum of medium i want to put it in very high..........

It's hard for a laptop to upgrade. The only wise thing you can do is buy some extra ram. You can also buy a Extern Video card, but I don't think it's really practical.

It is very unlikely that you can upgrade the video card in your laptop, only a few makes/models do. All you can really upgrade is the RAM hard drive, and CPU.

If the GFX in your laptop is dedicated, it's upgradeable.. if it's integrated, you're outta luck.

Not entirely, and besides, not all laptops use the same interface for video cards.
