Ram ?

What does timing on the ram and voltage mean for example i am looking at the difference between these 2 G. Skill rams

this ram has a timing of 9-9-9-24-2N and voltage is 1.5

and this rams timing is 7-8-7-24-2N and voltage is1.65

so which ram would be better

One just has its voltage jacked up to get better timing. But that doesnt mean your guaranteed to get that timing with the 1.5V with its voltage set higher.

In that price range these would be better.

It's the delay time when requested data is accessed from RAM. In general, the lower the better.

Yes, because the timing is a very low 6, yet the voltage @ 1.5 is low as well.
