Random computer restart.

I have built a computer for a friend existing out of the same components as the one I built for myself minus some small differences. It has a diff mobo and a bit stronger processor (AMD 3200+ instead of 3000+).

But cutting to the chase, he often gets a BSOD and has to reboot his comp.
The error he gets is the following:
***STOP: OXOOOOOO8E (OXCOOOOO1O, OXBE81274E, OXBA3A42EC, OXOOOOOOOO)
*** win32k.sys-Adresss BF81274E base at BF8OOOOO, Datestamp 422511a2

I have already ran a RAM control program and it contained no corrupted RAM.
Overheating is out of the question I think since the error has already ocurred just a few minutes after a cold start after more than an houre rest.

I don't really know where to find more information about the error and about how to solve it, I hope you guys can help me out.

And another problem which occurs pretty often is iexplorer.exe and firefox.exe errors, suddenly an error just pops up and closes off everything in the task bar. I have no clue what causes this and how it can be solved.
